During designing and pricing of a medal we take account of:
- client's guidelines,
- medal size and its thickness,
- quantity,
- possible paint filling,
- medal accessories (ribbons, presentation cases).
Within few days a medal artwork is sent to the client.
This is a COMPLIMENTARY service regardless of the order
quantity, provided that the client places the order.
We make the medals based on the clients' artwork as well.
How the 3D models are made?
2D drawings approved by the client are transferred by CAD
software to the 3D version in order to make a medal pattern.
Production steps include many specialized processes — beginning
with die making, through aluminium and zinc die-casting,
grinding, galvanization, coating with patina and further finishing
processes.

Master technologies for a
perfect result
Tryumf medals are made of zinc, aluminium, or other metals alloys.
Thanks to that, they can meet requirements for:
- durability,
- solidness,
- plasticity,
- be ready for further treatment.
Medals are made using the high pressure injection into the steel die. That ensures the excellent quality of the product. Dies made of steel are not widely used — commonly, there are less expensive dies made of synthetic material. However, they can't be casted with such precision as the dies made of steel.
The dies made of steel allow manufacturing of unique shapes, structures as well as textures
including openwork patterns.
Our medals are made to look like 3D bas-relief. They are plated in order to give them accurate
colour:
- Antique Gold,
- Antique Silver,
- Bronze,
- Shiny Gold,
- Shiny Silver,
- Green Gold.
That what makes our medals exceptional is the plating of one and the same medal with two
colours i.e. coating with gold and silver.
After treatment Tryumf medals additionally are varnished. They can also be subjected to further
finishing processes.

Ribbons
We offer two types of ribbons with personalisation
- standard ribbons (made of polyester), woven ribbons (11mm and 22mm wide, 900mm long); the ribbons can be sewed directly to the medals or attached by a hook
- sublimated ribbons with personalised printing (satin), available in different width (standard width 20mm, 900mm long); the ribbons can be sewed directly to the medals or attached by a hook
Information needed to create medal artwork
We offer two types of ribbons with personalisation
- delivery date ,
- medal size and its thickness,
- quantity,
- possible colour filling and ribbon type,
- name and date of an event, as well as other information such as text, design for the obverse/front and reverse of the medal,
- suggested medal shape and its colour,
- possible openwork patterns and accessories.
If the medal production is to be based on the client's artwork, we do request that a Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, EPS files are provided to ensure complete accuracy in our reproduction.
Means of packaging
Each medal (alone or wrapped around by a ribbon) is packed in a small plastic bag and then additionally in a bigger bag (10pcs.). That helps to prevent medals from damages (scratches) and makes easier to count them. The packaging boxes for medals send important message about prestige and value of the award. We offer a variety of velour, shammy leather, artificial leather, polyester with the leather texture, wooden or plastic display boxes for the standard sizes of medals (Ø 40, 50, 60, 70mm), as well as any non-standard size and shape cases.
